Experienced financial management executive, having worked with both established and emerging technology companies. During my twenty plus year career, I have been involved with public and private debt and equity financing transactions.
Prior to opening my accounting firm, I held financial management and operations positions for eight years at Dell Inc., five years at Compaq and three years at Dallas Market Center, a Trammell Crow company.
My industry experience includes all areas of financial control, treasury and tax management, mergers and acquisitions, procurement and supply chain and corporate financial planning.
